Cut-out element

The cut-out element has a fixed size and position. The cut-out must always be snipped out of a graphic element or page-sized photo element. A maximum of one cut-out per element may be used. Blocks of text together with their cut-out are included as standard in all of the templates that can be downloaded from this website. For these, please go to ‘Printed communications’. 

Size
A4: 10.5 x 6 mm
On larger A sizes, the cut-out is scaled proportionally (141% for each subsequent A size).

Position
The cut-out may be situated in any side of the block. The distance from the corner of the element to the cut-out must be the same as the height of the cut-out.
